Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Change of Mind Returns

• Accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• A restocking fee of up to 10–20% may apply

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in resalable condition with original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law

Please provide your order details along with photos of the damaged or faulty item to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed items (unless faulty)
• Custom or special-order products

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
