- Shipping Methods: Due to the nature of our products (including bull bars, rear bars, wheel carriers, and other large or heavy automotive items), we use a combination of courier services and freight carriers. The shipping method depends on product size, weight, delivery location, and carrier availability.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, product size, weight, and carrier requirements, and are displayed during the checkout process. Customers can review all applicable shipping charges before completing their purchase. The total order cost, including shipping and any applicable taxes, will be clearly shown prior to payment confirmation. - Damaged or Lost Shipments: Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or is lost. We may request photos or additional information to assist with carrier claims and resolution.
- Click & Collect: If offered, availability and collection details will be provided at checkout or confirmed by our team.
Delivery Delays
