Rockarmor Northern NSW is committed to supplying quality products backed by applicable manufacturer warranties and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage available for products purchased through our business.
Manufacturer Warranty
- Unless otherwise stated, Rockarmor products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Some products may carry different warranty periods as specified by the manufacturer.
- Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and installation.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects, faulty products.
- Products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper installation.
- Products used in competitions, racing, or extreme off-road conditions.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by an unauthorised person.
Warranty Claims
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the fault or damage with:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product where applicable
Once your claim has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as repair or replacement, or another remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law. Any refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete information regarding returns and refunds.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Payment & Ownership
All goods remain the property of Rockarmor Northern NSW Pty Ltd until full payment has been received. Products will not be dispatched until payment has been completed unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
