All stock remains property of Rockarmor Northern NSW Pty Ltd until full payment is made. Stock won’t be dispatched until paid in full (unless prior arrangements are made).
- Special and customized orders will not be refunded.
- Normal stock orders will incur a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are only applicable if goods are deemed faulty. Refunds are processed within 21–30 days where applicable.
- Deposits on orders are 50%, with balance payable after installation or prior to dispatch.
- Warranty for items is as per manufacturer’s warranty. All Rockarmor products have a 12-month warranty. Defective products or parts will be repaired at Rockarmor’s discretion. Warranty falls under the Fair Use Policy.
- Use under extreme conditions or competitions is not covered by warranty.
- Modifications or alterations to Rockarmor-manufactured products will void the warranty.
