Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

• Return request is made within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Item is in resalable condition

Change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

• Repair, replacement, or refund where applicable
• Assessment may be required before resolution

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items, or in some cases for approved returns. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and stock availability.

Refunds
