• We ship Australia-wide. International shipping is available only by prior arrangement.
• Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on product size, weight, delivery location, and carrier requirements.
• The total order cost, including shipping and applicable taxes, is displayed before payment.
• Large or oversized items are shipped using specialist freight carriers.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • Regional & remote areas: Delivery times may vary.
• Tracking details are provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the fault or damage.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Where reasonably possible, products should be returned with their original packaging and accessories.
• Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
