Return Policy

• Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@rockarmornorthernnsw.com.au with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to our address below. Upon receipt, we will examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If eligible, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
• Exchanges: We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. Contact us promptly at sales@rockarmornorthernnsw.com.au with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and notify you if a replacement is applicable. If eligible, we will send a replacement product.
• Shipping for Returns: To return the item, please mail it to:
